Daylight Saving Time
Daylight saving time (DST) begins on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November in the following North American time zones: Newfoundland, Atlantic, Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, and Alaska. Not all areas or countries may adhere to these dates. Please refer to your local government for more information.
